If your order arrives after 30 days but within 45 days, you may request a refund of the shipping cost as compensation.

2. Returns & Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items

You are eligible for a return and/or refund if:

The item arrives damaged, or

The item does not match the description or photos on our website.

To qualify, the following conditions must be met:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

3. No Refunds or Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Dislike of the product, or

Situations where the product matches the description and is not defective.
